As Operations Director, Carena works closely with each member of the team on all aspects of their careers. Carena has a hand in all aspects of the operations of the firm from daily processes to strategic planning. Her position is pivotal in ensuring the office runs smoothly which includes championing the Parker Clark culture and looking for ways to help grow each individual’s career as well as helping the firm achieve its goals.

Carena’s experience of starting as a bookkeeper in 2019 to moving through the ranks all the way up to becoming Operations Director not only gives her a breadth of experience in all aspects of the business but also in the significant benefits that come from seizing the opportunities that Parker Clark presented to her. She loves encouraging staff to follow in her footsteps and strive to reach their maximum career potential.

Carena loves to spend time with her husband and three kids. She can be found attending Bomber and Jets games or going to the beach as often as possible. Carena also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends.
